Patti Evans is a Real Estate agent and resident of Mission, BC, Canada. As a 4th generation Mission resident Patti has deep roots, strong ties and genuine passion for her community. Patti started in the real estate game over 16 years ago, having spent 15 years working as a vocational job placement specialist. This area of work gave Patti her foundation of understanding the importance of individual client needs. Patti joined the RE/MAX family in 1998 and has been there ever since.
Patti prides herself in having a knack for attention to detail, analytical problem solving and charisma her clients can appreciate. However, Patti’s greatest strength is her patience and empathy for her clients; whether it’s educating them on market conditions or navigating them the sometimes emotional process of purchasing or selling a home.
Patti is experienced in all types of residential sales, including complex land development procedures. Patti is also a certified Senior Citizen Real Estate Specialist. Her hard work and tenacity has garnered her several industry awards, including the Remax Hall of Fame Awards and she is consistently within the top 10-20% of the entire Real Estate Board of the Fraser Valley, consisting of approximately 2900 realtors.
As a firm believer of bettering her community, Patti is involved with various local organizations, including the Mission Hospital Auxiliary. She has also volunteered with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and Sat on the Government Relations Committee. When Patti isn’t helping her clients, you can find her spending time with her family and 2 dogs. When Patti can find the time, she also loves supporting and playing in charity golf tournaments for local non-profits
